How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's age, whether they come a full day or mornings, and how many days a week. Cristiane gives you the figures in writing at the tour.

Holding a place

To hold a place, we ask for a payment that Cristiane describes in writing, and she tells you whether it goes toward the first month. If the group is full, we put your family on the waitlist. When a place opens, the family that has waited longest hears first, and we message you if you don't answer.

Billing

Tuition is paid monthly, at the start of the month, by transfer or by card. If a payment is late, Cristiane talks with you before anything changes.

Help with tuition

Ask us whether state child care assistance is open this month and how it works with a place in the home. We will tell you what we know and where to ask.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice before your child leaves the program, by message or in person. The weeks that remain are paid as usual.
